As part of 212NYC, there are five committees of volunteers, each managing one aspect of the organization and working in close coordination with the Board of Directors. We are always looking for new committee members, so if you are interested in joining one of the below committees, please send an email to the Committee Chair.
PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE Responsible for developing the 212NYC programming calendar. In particular, this committee leads the effort to secure speakers, oversee the content development of our events, and lend a hand volunteering.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE CHAIR Responsible for overseeing and scaling the industry’s premier traditional and peer-to-peer mentoring program in partnership with the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB). The committee evaluates the mentor/mentee matching and ensures that each pair is set up for success. Diana Telinbacco joined TargetSpot, a leading global digital audio network focused on third party advanced data targeting, in February 2013 as a Sales Director. She brings a mix of digital, radio and agency experience along with her drive and passion to succeed to her role on the 212NYC Board of Directors. Since joining TargetSpot, Diana has played a pivotal role in breaking and ushering in new business while also educating existing advertisers in the digital audio space about their unique data targeting capabilities. She started her career within broadcast radio working at Westwood One, gained agency exposure at KWG, and propelled her career into digital by joining the Entertainment & News team at CBS Interactive. Diana's passion for emerging media has led her to spearhead the successful launch of the 212NYC Mentoring Program. Her recruitment efforts helped secure representation from numerous high profile brands, advertisers, and agencies, including Twitter, American Express, Hearst, UM, and Mediacom.
MARKETING COMMITTEE The Marketing committee helps advance 212NYC awareness and event attendance within the New York area advertising community. With our premiere Agency Liaison program, we foster deep networking & brand intel to help grow the careers of influencers working at media agencies & brands in the New York area. Dani has worked on Integrated Media planning teams across Retail, Finance and most recently CPG categories and brings an agency perspective to the 212NYC organization and event promotional approach. Dani's passion for industry education and mentorship has led her to lead the Marketing Committee for 212NYC!
COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE Responsible for all 212NYC communications and outreach, including email blasts, social network maintenance, and blog/news updates. Michael Rotella is a digital strategist with 9+ years of program development, digital transformation and global brand management creating value and growth in omni-channel experiences. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation and curiosity for all things digital, he has a proven track record of building partnerships and turning complex business challenges into simple solutions. Michael has joined Verizon as a Strategist on the Customer Experience Innovation team after his tenure at Citi, MetLife and SMB Consulting. Michael holds a BS in Business Economics and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. He is the Committee Chair of Communications & Social for 212NYC Interactive Advertising organization and is a frequent contributor to brand advisory boards, ANA, MMA, Brand Innovators, NY Tech Meet-up.
AGENCY LIAISON / PR COMMITTEE Responsible for the cultivation of our agency relationships and the coordination of 212NYC’s press outreach.
