Mentorship Committee Roles

Pod Leader

We are looking for (3-5) "Pod Leaders", to lead mentorship pods. The ideal pod leader will have:

  • Experience 10+ years industry (Agency, Brand, Pub/Vendor Side)

  • Pod Leaders will manage a "Pod" of Mentees & Mentors (8-10 total in pod 50/50 split mentee/mentor)

  • They will be tasked with organizing monthly pod meetings and encourage program event engagement

  • Track mentee goals and lead discussions on "Monthly Program Content"

  • Meet or provide Program Leadership with feedback, insights, etc. on their pods monthly.
