Let’s face it – DEI has come under attack.  212NYC understands the importance of the role of DEI in our industry, and given the recent cancellation of the practice, we want to create space to protect the leaders of it.

To celebrate Black History Month this year, 212NYC is switching gears by focusing less on the past of yesterday and more on what’s happening today that will impact the future of our industry.  By holding space to have conversation with some of today’s top leaders, we will have a real and frank discussion about DEI – is it already dead or can we bring about a resurrection.
