Monique is a digital media professional with a truly varied background.  She has worked in media planning/buying, investment, barter, ad tech, and more recently media/data sales. Currently, Monique works at Publicis Groupe as VP, Groupe Media Solutions – a division focused on driving growth within the Groupe’s media agencies. 

A wife and mom of 2, Monique is also passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.  She has spoken on panels, produced programming, worked with multiple Human Resource departments to better policies, and founded a business resource group at Publicis Media called Power of Women: Mamas to support the number of working moms that were rapidly growing.  Always seeking to make change, Monique brought her ideas of helping improve and diversify the media industry to 212NYC by leading its programming. 

When asked how she manages to wear so many hats, Monique says her two sons continually inspire her to keep on pushing for the better.
